Not every wedding has to be big to be important. Samantha & Crystal proved it, and we were honored to be there for it.

Their September 2024 wedding in New Braunfels began and ended in the same place: Sophie's Gasthaus, a historic estate turned boutique hotel just off the main plaza. Both of them got ready there, so the day started without a single drive between moments. There was no ceremony this time. Instead, the day was all reception, surrounded by their closest friends and family.

​

We love a wedding like this one, because there is nothing to perform. A room full of people who adore the couple, celebrating the way the couple wanted to celebrate. They enjoyed it to its fullest, and we photographed and filmed it the way we do every wedding: quietly, up close, and ready for the moments that happen between the moments. Weddings come in every size. This one fit them perfectly.
